The shape of this ruler reminds me of an engineering/architectural triangular ruler, except it's larger and has only one scale. This is a large two foot ruler with a 1 9/16 base and 1 1/16 height. High school isn't over yet. On one side of the ruler the scale starts at zero inches, on the other side the scale starts at zero in the middle. On the underside, the millimeter scales start towards one end. Bubble levels are pretty accurate. I could not tell how the inscriptions were made. A closeup of the millimeter scale is attached. Great tool for hanging pictures. I haven't tried the knife cutting guide yet. The nail holder has a clip that holds it to the ruler so it doesn't get lost. It has many interesting features. I love Kapro tools. This product is made in China.
