This is a great addition to any indoor training stand if you want to protect your bike from the corrosive effects of sweat. It covers the frame tubes well (top, head and bottom) and also protects the stem and handlebars, all bolts and the headset. The kit I ordered includes a phone holder that works well. I have an iPhone 7 plus in a thick case and it holds it quite well. The rubber bands holding it have stretched considerably but seem to be holding up well. Feet chafing every now and then when pedaling takes some getting used to, but I got over it pretty quickly and don't even notice it. now. Highly recommended for frame protection.
