Does what it's supposed to do but gets in the way when you need to climb a climb or sprint in a race. If you only use it for workouts and workouts, it's a great investment. The phone holder that comes with it is pretty much useless. It's soft rubber so it wobbles. It's basically free, so you can't complain! It holds a phone or iPod well enough.

This is a great addition to any indoor training stand if you want to protect your bike from the corrosive effects of sweat. Can't recommend this product. The product does not match the description and does not include the advertised phone holder. Also, the moisture-wicking portion of the sweat guard is fairly short, extending far enough back toward the rider to catch any sweat that hits the cranks/bottom bracket. Pointless waste of money. I was looking for both a sweat guard and a portable holder for my gym bike and this worked both ways. Some points to keep in mind: Sweating can be reduced by wearing a headband and installing a powerful lasko fan.
