Review on IOTA Engineering 318.1402 Converter and Charger, 55-Amp: Efficient Power Conversion and Charging Solution by Bryan Crayton

Update after 1 week I only used it 2 times to charge after a longer period of cloudy weather - that's why I bought it. This is with their IQ equalizer module and it's almost perfect for my four GC2 Deep Cycle batteries. A 55 amp charger also works well but is not required. After a discharge of 50-60 amp hours, the batteries only draw the full 45 amps for 10-15 minutes. Thereafter, the internal voltage increases to the point where the current begins its downward curve. In just 40 minutes, the charging current dropped to 20 amps. The 55 amp charger just doesn't improve this enough to justify the extra cost to me. This charging behavior fully corresponds to the performance of my 60 ampere solar controller. IOW: It works great. The IQ equalizer connects and controls the controller as follows: 15.4 volts for 2 hours, 13.6 volts forever. Disable the module to restart it.
