When it works, it works great. But the roller that adjusts the size/shape of the cut isn't that easy to put back in after it's been taken out for cleaning. And if you *don't* get it right again, you'll wonder if you're going to spend the rest of your natural life trying to get it back out so you can get it right. And if you don't place it correctly, you can't use it. It happened *EVERY TIME* I took it out to wash. The last time I used it the reel was misaligned again when I put it back in place and after 10 minutes I banged on it hoping to loosen the reel. Not me. But I *REALLY* moved both the standard arm and the metal slide rail. When I tried to put my hand back, the plastic holding it fell apart and I threw it away. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!
