It was extremely effective in keeping track of our work progress, we were able to print as many copies or pages as needed at any time from anywhere without having to wait for each other - very useful! I disliked that its interface took some getting used too so it wasn't perfect if you didn't know how exactly what buttons did; though their support is fantastic and they usually come right back with solutions when issues do arise (within reason). They can make your own templates and design them just like Adobe would but there's an additional cost involved which makes this great idea more expensive than using a standard template service provider. Great way to save all my printing and documents into one place for easy access and organization by myself (without relying heavily on someone else) since most people have different things printed off everyday (receipts/orders etc.). The ability to order products that are not available in our store, and have them delivered within minutes. It is very easy to use and can be customized to fit your needs. I do not like the fact that you cannot print directly from an email. You must first go to their website to download the file. This makes it more difficult for customers who are unfamiliar with the system. Also, when sending files via email, they are sometimes corrupted. We use this product to send out promotional items to our clients.
