What I liked best was the ease of use and how it gave me a lot of information about the jobs that I was working on. I can see how much time I have spent on a job, when I started it, when it was finished, and how much I was paid. And there is a great customer service. I can't think of anything bad. I have been using etek for over a year now and I don't have any complaints about the system. I like that it is easy to navigate. The customer service is excellent. They are always willing to show you how to do something different. They are very helpful. I love the fact that it has a great customer service. The program runs very smoothly. I wish I had known about this when I started etek. I used to make a few mistakes and the customer service was very slow to respond. But that has changed. Now, I like the ability to track my time and bill my clients. I have been able to track my time and bill my clients very effectively.
