I use it twice a day for two weeks. So far I haven't noticed any improvement in length or thickness. In another six weeks I can move up the rankings. I have read the supplied instructions. As I said before, I applied it to my bottom lashes against their instructions. I noticed that the area I applied to the lower lashes darkened. It looks like a blurry eyeliner. That darkness doesn't go away even with makeup removers or facial cleansers. Perhaps that is why you are advised not to apply it to the lower lashes.
