As other reviewers have reported the board mounting holes are misaligned - they are too close to the case on the side of the GPIO board. This will prevent the cover from fitting properly at the end with USB connectors. But I bought this case because it was the only metal case I've seen with mounting tabs. and i love challenges. I only used one screw to secure the board: the one next to the microUSB power connector. This allows the board to rotate around this screw and you can align the other end of the board with the USB/Ethernet holes in the case. I also sawed off some more space on one side of the microSD slot. On the other hand, the fan is very quiet. I had to check if it really works. I have an old 3B that runs 24/7 as a Prometheus data logger on an external hard drive case and it works much better than the plastic case I carried it in.
