Very poor overall Best in Security & Surveillance
Your mobile app is very poor. I couldn't connect all the time. The app crashes frequently. Video playback is slow and choppy. Unable to download video, only screenshot. Video playback cannot scroll by time. Poor documentation, I have to search the web to find out which app was removed and which app I need. Also, I need to figure out how to setup and link the app myself. A non-technical person will probably never find out. Well, one day and I have a problem with authentication. I checked online support and saw others asking the same question with no answers. I will not recommend it
