I like that they can take data out for you so it is not just one person doing all this work! It's been great having someone else do some heavy lifting with reports etc when we have time off or need help at short notice too as well getting alerts set up quickly if something does come in through our system - very quick responses once alerted!! Nothing really but would be nice sometimes being able get emails sent back straight away rather then waiting days/weeks.
We're using them mostly internally however their support team has helped us setup an integration between two different systems allowing me access via email into my own CRM database without needing another admin user logged onto each separate platform separately. !
