I have several Moen products and they all suck. I had some problems. I currently have 2 shower faucets at home and will never buy another one. First I replaced 3 cartridges and it seems I have to replace one every year. The other was a brand new dual shower head installation and was professionally installed when I was remodeling the bathroom. One of the shower heads keeps leaking even when both are off. 3 cartridges tried - without success. I finally got in touch with a company who sent me a brand new valve. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to spend another $300 to install another piece of junk, cut a hole in my freshly painted wall, and patch it. Do yourself a favor and buy something other than Moen.
