I was very excited about these biodegradable poppers. Unfortunately they are not what I expected. The directions were written in Chinese with no English translation. We tried shooting poppers. It should be removed when the spring-loaded cartridge fires and releases confetti. Rice paper is biodegradable. When you add water, they dissolve. Of the five, only two fired, and of the two that fired, none went more than 5 feet. They are advertised as being 25 feet tall.
