Not as advertised, buy another

I think I received a used or returned faucet. The box had obviously been opened and sealed more than once, had several layers of clear tape, and the edges were torn. I would have returned it but I needed it and there was no other time to wait. I'm not happy with the build quality either. Maybe I would be satisfied if the product was new. This also leaked during installation, I had to disassemble and fix the bent gasket. I had to buy another.
