Although the Accumobility ball is a tad pricey, if you do know how to use it, it is a great equipment to have for acupressure and trigger point release. Although the boxes does not come with much instruction and one would have to research the type of exercises it was made for, 1 refill realized that the ball was made for great stretches for pre-and post workout. It was firm and off to provide the pressure without the pain off a golf ball density. My only wish was that it's was sold in pairs
- Best mobility tool I’ve bought yet. It fits into the smaller spaces and loosens muscles up.
- It's hard to get in the right place by yourself. Would be better if it stuck to the wall.
