I bought this to replace another soap dispenser that worked fine just thought the shape would complement the faucet. Made from lightweight plastic so is weighed down by the amount of soap it holds but feels pretty solid. Not quite chrome or silver, but with a shine that looks nice next to my faucet and sink. The soap level window is pretty much useless unless you have a light soap, I use a light blue soft soap that really isn't visible through the window, there must be an interior light in the tank. You can't adjust the amount of soap dispensed, but it's enough to gently wash your hands like others. Just hold your hand under water to get more. One of the features is that it emits a blue light where the soap falls so you know where it lands on your hand. It's nothing special aside from the shape and you can craft a lot of cheaper options, but if you like the look then this is a good choice.
