Didn't fit our bike in short settings.

I measured my son's bike before buying it and the kickstand doesn't work. It's too long, even though its short setup lists it as fitting my son's bike. The footrest is too long and the bike does not hold up. I tried to return it and would have to pay a restocking fee. So I decided to edit and trim this one to make it fit. I had to cut out the inner and outer guide. Still doesn't fit. The set screw will now bottom out and prevent it from shrinking to the changed short setting. I used a sharpening square to enlarge the slot for the set screw, it works on a soft surface like grass. Still too long for concrete.
