I bought this crinoline to wear under a floor length wedding dress. This is one of the most beautiful tulle skirts I have ever seen and I have three of them! The mesh is very thin, which makes it comfortable and soft to the touch. There is also a slightly stretchy lining on the inside for a snug fit. I have a 30" waist and the belt fits me well. I might have found it a little easier with the elastic band as it leaves marks from the belt on my waist after a few hours of wear, but it won't hurt my waist. on everyone and it stays for sure. Great crinoline for the price!
