Dropped my phone on concrete once. It did not crash, but the speaker began to wheeze. They took it to a service center. Replaced speaker. After closing the lid, nothing has changed. I was told that this is a design error of the lid itself. On the covers where the speaker holes are made a metal frame, a protective film is pasted on it. I had the metal frame torn off. and pasted a protective film just on the cover and it all worked.
