I've had Macs most of my life. Yes, they're harder to maintain alone, but ONLY if you don't have the right tools. This kit is perfect, it comes in a nice roll-up case, it has all the drivers I need plus some great pickups, spudgers etc just come in handy. The drivers are great in size and they hold up great. My old vintage Macbook Air (circa 2013) still works great, but recently it started shutting down when unplugged. I replaced the battery a few years ago and the coconut battery told me it was great. I was sure it was probably a loose connection, but couldn't remember where my torx was to check. Either a little renovation or time for a new laptop? I ordered this little kit, removed the backing, disconnected the tape from the logic board, and reconnected it. I had a couple of screws that I was pretty sure ripped off the last time I opened up my Macbook Air, but those screwdriver heads grabbed them well with no twisting or scuffing on the long and short screws. Just switched it on from the battery and voila! So, instead of $1,300 for a new laptop, $15 for this little kit (which I always need anyway! I'm thinking of getting some more for Christmas gifts for my friends who have Macs. I highly recommend this awesome little kit .
