These wipes are good for final cleaning before finishing painting or woodwork. They are a good size, individually wrapped and can be stored in a zipped bag if not using the entire fabric in one use. All of the napkins I've used in the past have been firm, towel-like fabrics, they differ in that they're a loosely woven, cheesecloth-style material. Perhaps this should allow the particles to penetrate deeper into the fabric for better cleaning. I didn't notice any difference between them and the type of fabric. They are also good for cleaning surfaces after final sanding to prepare them for painting. Rags are very sticky; I recommend wearing disposable gloves as it was a bit of a hassle to wash the leftovers off your hands afterwards.
