Tried to fit this to my 50" Vizio E TV. I cannot tighten the bracket. I put my DVD player on it and it seems to have holes in the shelf so heat dissipation can be a concern now. Rubberized fabric stays securely in place. Descent. The construction is solid. I live alone so I don't have to worry about kids running in, but I would worry about not being able to tighten my hand if I did. I don't know if that's my TV. me or the shelf If the lever was easy to tighten or if there were more instructions that would allow me to solve the problem I would give it 5 stars.
