Very good for colanders and food strainers
I've only used it a few times and already love it. Slowly increasing the pressure on the tofu will slightly decrease the width of the tofu block by 1/2. So far I've been able to move the tofu block about 2/3 of its original size. It should be noted that both plastic parts, especially the upper part, give noticeably with use. I don't think this thing will last long but for the price it's worth it.
