MT-10 Moisture Sensor

I need an inexpensive humidity sensor to check some baseboards and other areas in my basement. This one seemed just right. I do electrical work so I have used other amp probes and have been happy with them. This device works perfectly. I can examine areas I suspect have moisture in the wood or drywall to make sure I don't have mold problems and run a dehydrator to fix any problems.

Pros

The meter measures the moisture content of materials such as paper, lumber, drywall, concrete and plaster, as well as indoor air quality applications that detect moisture in walls, floors and ceilings

Cons
