Ease of installation. Including Teflon tape and adapter.
The overhang is about 1/4 inch less than the original so it does not fit flush with my existing pipe on the wall. This is negligible since no water flows in this part of the faucet anyway. If it bothered me I would remove my original whistle and put in a shorter piece. It was easy to install and matched my existing pipe perfectly. Teflon tape came with it so I don't need to bring mine. The diverter works well. There are no leaks. It took me longer to look at the instructions than to install it.
