We wear size 5.5 See Kai running shoes. We took them for the summer for a more versatile shoe. We love them for their versatility (No socks required. Water repellent. Protects toes. Fashionable). However, my son cannot wear them without his feet slipping off. His fingers don't go all the way and his heal sticks out from behind until it eventually slips out. He also gets blisters. We went up a size up to 6 as we were between sizes and they felt too small or tight. Which is undefined. We'll try 7, but for a child who doesn't have particularly large or wide feet, taking a full and a half size is uncomfortable.
