Realistically speaking, this panel puts out 12 watts DC. I tested this with two different solar generators, both with mppt controllers. That didn't surprise me as it's a three piece solar panel. I researched the manufacturer and their 30w solar panel version comes with more than three panels. This vendor incorrectly labels this panel as 30W when it shouldn't. For comparison, I tested this solar panel together with another 30W solar panel (Sorulykin) which consists of four panels. Sorulykin outputs 18 watts when the orange solar panel outputs 12 watts. Using USB charging, I measured 4 watts being put into my USB battery pack, which was similar to what I had seen on my necktek 21w USB solar panel. However, when I used my QC-compatible xtar power supply, the orange solar panel produced about 9 watts. Again, the performance of this panel doesn't surprise me given my experience with such products. This is a fun solar panel that keeps your phone charged. The quality of the product itself is very good, there are no obvious flaws. However, the manufacturer is grossly misleading about the performance of the panel. TLDR: 12W from DC, 9W from USB QC 2.0 and 4W from standard USB.
