I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.

In principle, a dosage of 3 mg was enough for me to fall asleep. But as quickly as she fell asleep, she woke up just as quickly, after three hours. so I decided to take a larger dose. The first time I did not dare to drink the whole pill at once, I broke it in half and fell asleep safely, but woke up again after three hours. falling asleep again did not work, so it was decided to dissolve the second half. the dream lasted four hours, but in the morning my head was like a hangover and I wanted to sleep all day. I conclude that 10 mg. I have a lot, I will try to select the dosage. Well, yes, the BAD works.
