This is no joke. I was advised to try this product by some friends and the person who delivered it. I had explosive energy, pinpoint focus and best of all, I didn't feel the uncomfortable drop off like other brands. The taste was pretty good, could be a bit more acidic, but that's just my preference and it still tastes good. Has a feeling of fullness, not lumpy or chalky
