I have fairly fine hair and every once in a while I try a new shampoo that promises volume and strength. With difficulty squeezing the Andalou Naturals Lavender & Biotin Full Volume Shampoo out of a flat, hard bottle (my hands aren't strong), I washed my hair and applied a small amount of conditioner to the ends of my shoulder-length hair, which I rinsed out thoroughly . My towel dried hair was very soft, limp and thin. no body! I had to apply the Body Lifting Spray twice to make my hair combable. It seems to me that after washing with this shampoo I fell out a little more hair. I will no longer use it.
