Review on 🔧 SRAM Maxle Stealth Rear MTB Axle - 12X142, 164mm, M12X1.5 Thread Pitch, Black by James Small

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Robert Axle project. This SRAM product is the perfect alternative. I used the axle pressure guide for the above and confirmed the size for my Giant Defy. Pros: Lighter than the original, no leverage, well made, same diameter in length compared to the thinner central original, and almost flush at the threaded ends. The only downside is the need to carry an Allen key with you on every ride. I am tubeless and always have a multitool with me (see my review).
