Disappointed - Medical supplies and equipment
I've dreamed of an Elastogel pack for years (I have them at my physiotherapist's office and they are great) and while it's soft and looks good, it hardly gets cold away. I've left it in a commercial freezer for 24+ hours, just as advertised, but it doesn't get as cold as others I've used before. Not sure if this style isn't great, but for $50 I'm really frustrated with my budget that I can't even exchange or return it. The soft gel pack gets and stays much colder than this; unfortunately not worth the money in my opinion.
