I bought these bags because of their biodegradable properties. For almost a year I used them twice a day while walking Boxer Boone and we never had a problem. At the end of 2012 and beginning of 2013 we got split seam rolls. I contacted Greenberry Eco Industries LLC. and within 15 minutes of receiving my email, they replied and explained their situation. The popularity of their product caused their devices to work longer and harder, resulting in higher temperatures that melted parts of their cornstarch-based pouches. They assured me their quality control was done and sent me some replacement bags for the bad batch I was using. Any business that runs long enough will struggle to grow. Those who admit their problems and do their best to solve them deserve support. I will continue to use Greenbone Doobag Refills and encourage anyone interested in this product to try it. Maybe there are better perforated plastic bags etc. We are willing to do our part to protect the environment. Be careful when ripping them off, or carry a small pocket knife to help them out.
