I will not return them, they are not worth the time and money.

Only one side works when receiving. Maxell has a lifetime guarantee, but apparently the quality is not verified. I ordered a set from another manufacturer. This was the second pair from Maxell and the same problem. You should stop wearing Maxells as they have a LOW customer rating.
