Complete chaos. TLDR and UPDATES.

Don't know what to call it. So first of all TLDR; worthy product. Reliable solar panel. Easy to assemble. Feel free to whet the appetite for the box again and send it back within 5 minutes. Call at your own risk. Now let's get down to the smallest details. They arrived slightly loaded and it was easy to verify that they really worked. Installing the pins on the solar panels wasn't difficult at all. Removing the wire from the spool was an absolute nightmare. I *thought* I could easily wrap this wiring any way I saw fit from the start. This turned out to be wrong. Instantly. Instead, to unwind the wire from the spool in any order, you must remove the entire wire. ALL because the coil is incorrectly wound from the factory. Which is NOT convenient for the customer. After about 10 minutes of unwrapping the wiring, I literally had a copper rat's nest. I then had to rewind it properly so I could weave it properly with the solar panel in the ground. The thing is, it made me curse and cry before it was over and I was so confused that my husband took pity on me and came out to help. Untangling took longer than wrapping my garden trellis. I've worked with lots of wires, lamps, etc. The basic principle of coils is that they can be easily removed for easy application. If it wasn't for my kids' excitement, I would have tossed the whole facility back in the box, rat's nest and all, for the company to sort out. While I received a refund. However, it is nice once it is there. I hope this lasts long. Or at least in summer. I have absolutely NO intention of ever ordering lamps from this company again as all 4 filaments are wound the same way. Maybe buyer error? Too high expectations of the trellis? Maybe I over fed the native wild birds and they landed on it? I have no idea. I'll be right back. rat's nest and such. Probably good for art/decor. Something that will never move, touch, or be near anything living/breathing. Is always. However, still an absolutely BEAUTIFUL effect before they broke. Just didn't work for me.
