Good LEDs at a great price. Every LED strip on the planet can be cut to almost any length. I felt I had to prove this as some people who reviewed this product are ignorant of the basic circuitry and make misleading claims in their reviews. The light of this color CANNOT be super bright compared to other colors as most light is in the imperceptible spectrum, such is the nature of any light wave smaller than 400nm. Because of this, they just can't and never will be as vibrant as most other colors. However, they are as bright as possible without increasing diode size and power requirements. The color is pink-purple so its meaning is very light red/blue = this violet. If you mount LEDs on any surface, they should be cleaned with alcohol or acetone and then primed with adhesion promoter. I use 3M promoter and sometimes I have to rip the LEDs to get them off the surfaces because they stick so well. I've had the set in my 350z for over 4 years, still the same brightness and no issues. I bought an LED rocker switch from Mictuning, great looking and high quality switches, I connected it to my backlit battery in the bottom half. only lights up when the dashboard lights come on, and the top lights up every time you turn it on. I then routed all the wiring through the factory protectors and bushings under the seats and dash. I then replaced all of my dash, gauges and heat control bulbs with purple LEDs of the same color in the SUV (see photo).
