Very small. Not suitable for men and women with large feet.
I bought these to use with my daughter. No big surprise, but I couldn't slip my size 11 male feet in without ripping my heels out. My daughter could barely fit her size 10 female feet in it. The directions are also unclear. According to the package insert, you should leave it on for 15-30 minutes. Here on Revain it is written to go for 20, 60 and 50-90 minutes. Depending on where you are looking. I left my 30 minutes on and had no noticeable effect. My daughter did 45 minutes and got minimal results. I think there are better options. I would not order these again
