So far I've tested these tools primarily visually/tactilely against the Cricut tools. (I needed more for a camp project and didn't want to waste Cricut prices on camping tools). What I noticed is that they weigh the same and are almost identical in construction. I notice very slight differences in the seams, but surprisingly there are 2 tools on Nicapa that seem to be better: a scraper and tweezers that need to be untied. I find the Cricut brand tweezers extremely difficult to pinch while the Nicapa tweezers are easy to use. Both Cricut tweezers and Nicapa tweezers fail very easily. The scraper really surprised me. Nicapa is smoother. Yes. That's right. smoother. And my husband, a plastics engineer, agreed. I'll update this post if I find any issues using the tools. So far I'm impressed.
