I would not buy this product again. There are several problems: 1.) The heating element does not get hot enough to fully cook the chicken. I had chicken 4.5 and it didn't work. I'm not sure if this is just a product or mine is defective. The heating seems to be inconsistent. 2.) The pins are not strong enough to hold the chicken upright. 3.) The product is too big. It doesn't just fit on a countertop. 4.) Overall I found the product cheap and unreliable. I would not recommend it. I'm sending mine back after first use.
