I am a photographer and need longer power cords for my lighting. The standard flashes that come with my flashes are only 10 feet long, which means I have to carry extra extensions. This is the ideal length, 25 feet, to descend safely from the Boom pendant light to the light stand base and then to the outlet. The last picture shows why I need such a long power cord for my lights. These cables are also HEAVY - you can tell by the weight of the cable that they're made from quality materials, and the 18AWG cable can safely handle up to 10 amps - quite enough for my lighting needs. It's safer to have one cord than multiple extensions and they're perfect for my needs!
