My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner! I think I underestimated the value of flossing because I've been using regular floss for ages, but since I got a permanent retainer, flossing thoroughly has been a huge challenge. Honestly, you're starting to compromise with time and place for this reason, but this floss was the answer! There are a number of different connectors and brushes that come with the kit. The power of the jet is also very good, you can think of it as washing your teeth and gums with pressure. The water tank is a bit small, but the trade-off is less countertop space. You can definitely get good filament on a tank, but I usually use two. There's really no easy way to use this without splashing some water, but the cleanliness you see and feel is addictive. It was a great buy for the price compared to other big names. I am now a true customer and user for life. Get it and see for yourself, hooray!
