It took me a little over an hour to install the new pump - I removed the cold air intake - removed the hoses from the thermostat housing - loosened the pulley bolts on the old water pump - then removed the V-belt and loosened the idler pulley - removed the thermostat housing and then the water pump replaced - pour antifreeze through the upper radiator hose and then connect the hose to the thermostat housing. - everything can be done with a simple set of ratchets. Very easy
