Ink not flowing?

My ink cartridge cannot be refilled? I put on the Carthage and tried tapping the pens, kept them upside down, wiped the pen with soap and water, tapped the paper with the tip of the pen, squeezed the cartridge, nothing happened? Hoping the seller will explain what I'm doing wrong so I can get a cartridge to work; If so, then I would change my rating,

Pros

To begin ink delivery, insert the ink cartridge into the back of the pen until the seal breaks. You can adjust the tip (extra fine, fine, medium, broad and extra broad) to suit your needs. And 16 ink cartridges (black*4, red*2, blue*4, green*2, brown*2, purple*2) are available for calligraphy practice.
