Although this light source has many options, it is not true RGB. Well I think technically it is. But you cannot change the pre-programmed colors. I was hoping to be able to change the projected color with the remote control so I could match it to my LED strip. Let's get to the good. With all four bulbs plugged in, set to cool white and at full brightness, they actually light up the room I have them in. The area directly under the lights is quite bright (as seen in the photo). Even in indirect light, I could read a book. (Warning: I usually work almost in the dark) The 3m double sided tape seems pretty solid. (If another quake hits Alaska I will update this review) The wires are INCREDIBLY long. Which is a blessing and a curse at the same time, depending on the situation. The lights are connected in parallel and I don't see a way without modifying the lights to put them in series. The remote works in the whole room assuming the room I'm in is only about 15 square meters. The remote control is infrared and requires a direct line of sight to operate. I didn't try to remove the lamps from where I placed them, so I don't know if the 3m tape is enough for the second round. All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase.
