Fit as I had hoped.
5' 8" 36"waist. 205lbs. I've done a lot of sports and physical work. I got the xl and it fits my shoulders and chest perfectly. Of course the arms are slightly longer for my arms but not much. Can move and work comfortably in the jacket. I am happy in just this down to 35-40 if working or in and out of truck, buildings.Hope this helps.
