I would like to update my review and add that the seller has demonstrated excellent customer service. After my review, they contacted me to ask if I had any issues with both collars I ordered and then refunded the purchase of a collar that I couldn't use a loop on. Although I think the bow's elastic could have been stronger, her concern for my disappointment exceeded my expectations. I just received this product today and while I love the look and quality of the fabric, the elastic on the loop broke as soon as I tried to put it on. Collar. I loved the collar/bow/bandana combo and was very disappointed that we didn't even use it.
