It's easy for users with little technical knowledge or experience in Java applications, as they can easily implement it without any training required from their side! The software has been tested by many organizations around world (including some very large ones) which have used this solution successfully over time; so there are no major issues regarding its quality nor performance at all!! I would like more support options available such us remote access via web browser etc., but overall we're satisfied enough about what JI provides thus far.
