Review on OWC 0GB Mercury On-The-Go Pro: High-Speed USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Enclosure Kit by Jhon Clark

Best I've found

I have several of these cases and overall they're pretty good. The body is made of polycarbonate and the "radiator" is made of anodized aluminum, which is nice. It's hard to say how efficient the heatsink is overall, but it generates a significant amount of heat, especially when writing large files. Pros: - High-quality materials - Tough polycarbonate body stands up to everyday use - USB 3.1 Gen 1 fast (more than fast enough for ANY hard drive. May block an SSD, but not by much) - Compatible with drives up to 12.5mm. Cons: - Slightly more expensive than other cases - I'm a little more expensive than other cases, this is a great case and highly recommended. For the price, it's hard to find anything better.

Pros
  • Like all others so far
Cons
  • Negative gift
