So far so good, very happy with this docking station! Easy to install, functional and the tango turtle LOVES it haha. A few minutes later it was his turn, sunning himself happily with his eyes closed, putting his foot out and soaking up the "sun" 🌞 Great quality so far, the price can't be beat. It's a bit big, especially in my 10 gallon tank, but I had to buy a bigger dock after Tango outgrew the first one in the last photo - it sank under his weight and was always partially submerged because he was too was small . (Lil Bugger grew from 1" to 4" in just 6 months of having it! I definitely underestimated how fast it would grow, hence the small tank and original dock). He could actually be her with such a growth rate lol! But yes, so far it works great! Let's check out the suction cups as others have mentioned that they might not last all that long but are working great for the moment and seem very strong and reliable. I appreciate that a third spare suction cup is included. Perhaps this would be a problem for very large/heavy or multiple turtles, but so far I haven't had a problem with it. Also, the ramp is definitely not too short, as long as it's partially submerged my little friend climbs it. No problem - cutouts help with grip. In general, I highly recommend it! EDIT: 2 months later and still great! The suction cups are fine, still have the two originals and hold tight. Take this dock, you won't regret it!
