We use for webinars, screencast recordings, when recording voice on a smartphone and PC. The microphone justifies its cost. We use it as a directional micro when recording screencasts from a stand for a smartphone, it goes to the source, we also use it like a regular lavalier microphone. This microphone does not phonate, does not rustle, does not hiss, etc. All that causes extraneous noise is either a factory defect, which is treated by a replacement, or a problem in your hardware, namely: a computer, smartphone, device connector or sound card.
